An individual responsible for the management of Sri Lanka women's cricket team and two individuals responsible for selections are allegedly expecting sexual bribes from the players to retain and recruit them.
It has been reported that the players are in a helpless situation where they cannot even complain to the authorities regarding the prevailing condition.
The gravity of the situation has increased as a female officer who is tasked with coordinating activities also indirectly encourages the situation.
It is rumored that a skillful senior member has lost her position in the team as she did not give into the particular demands.
The other members of the national team fear that they might have to face same plight as the particular player, reports say.
Meanwhile, during a tournament held in India the individual who is involved in the management of the team has got drunk and misbehaved as he attempted to enter the rooms of the players.
