The company had been initiated under the Nipayum Sri Lanka 300 Enterprises Programme in 2006, which provides tax concessions to investment projects initiated outside of Western Province.

However, it is being functioning from Katukurunda, Rathmalana at the present, while enjoying the tax concessions as well.
'Sri Lanka Mirror' learns that the company chief - Kurukulasooriya Anthony Romesh Fernando is committing this tax fraud with the backing of the BOI.
It has been revealed that he is currently on bail over a case filed by the Wellawatta Fraud Investigation Bureau at the Maligawatta Magistrate courts (Case No. 92973/08).
