ASUS Transformer Book T100 & Zenbook launched

Asus 410px 14 06 26Leading computer brand ASUS yesterday (June 25) launched the revolutionary 2 in 1 Ultraportable laptop with 10 inch Tablet - the ASUS Transformer Book T100.

The company also unveiled the stunning stylish touchscreen Ultrabook with a scratch resistant finish - Zenbook UX302.

Speaking at the event, Rajeev Chaudhari, Director Operation India, Country Product Manager, Sri Lanka said, "We were the pioneers in bringing the Ultraportable Laptops to the market. This 10-inch tablet is one of our elite ranges of products, which is intended to wow our customers. We are positive that these devices will thrill techies who have a fetish for excellence in the country. It is the Ultrabook you'll want with you, wherever you go."

As ASUS is focused on increasing its presence across the country, the company is increasing the channel partners and manpower to reach each and every partner in all provinces. As such, ASUS has selected two industry giants, John Keells Office Automation (JKOA) and EPSI Computers as their touch points across the island.

Speaking at the event, Country Business Manage of Intel EM Ltd. Sri Lanka Liason office said, "We are pleased that ASUS is bringing the latest technology powered by Intel to the local market. The T100 series and the Zenbook join the elite club of devices which will run on the 4th Generation Intel Core Processors. Together, these devices complement today's mobile lifestyles and will enable users to get more on the move."

Adding his voice, Director OEM at Microsoft Sri Lanka elaborated on the advantages of having an Microsoft Operating System in the T100 and the Zenbook series.
